Ideas not AnswersCreativity Challenge 46Too often in school we are taught to look for "the" answer. In life we need to generate many alternatives and possibilities in case the "apparent" answer doesn't actually works or only works in particular situations. "So don't think that your idea/answer is the end of the line. It ought to be the beginning of many possible ideas/answers. Try the following example.... Many cities are experiencing problems with pollution due to excessive dependency on automobiles. One of "the" solutions often considered is "mass transit" to cut down on the use of gasoline and the resulting carbon monoxide in the air. What else might "mass transit" be used for?
