Get Physical

Creativity Challenge 1998 #30

Your challenges for this week are relatively simple.

Choose a time each day when you have 15 to 30 minutes or can take that time to do something physical and not have to think about anything deliberately except at a low level for your safety and protection.

Perhaps on Monday go walk somewhere you have never walked before. Deliberately try not to think about anything. When some work or personal challenge comes to mind let it go. If an idea comes write it down if you can.

Perhaps on Tuesday do calisthenics (can't spell that one) do jumping jacks.

Perhaps on Wednesday go swimming.

Perhaps on Thursday go bowling.

Perhaps on Friday go roller-blading.

Whatever you choose, go do something physical you have never done or haven't done for a long time and try not to deliberately think about anything. When ideas come capture them.

Have fun. Please share the activities you choose to do and perhaps some of the results you have.

Have a creatively great week!

Alan
