Finding Examples to be Creative

Creativity Challenge 1998 #43

Let's practice finding ideas this week.

  1. Pick a letter from the alphabet (a-z).

  2. Find a noun in a dictionary or recall one from your memory or ask someone for one.

  3. Collect samples, drawings, photos, photo copies of as many different versions of it for the next 5 days.

  4. Strive to find 12 a day. Challenge yourself to find 144 in 5 days.

Share Potential learnings about creativity, creative thinking, creative problem solving or innovation at the end of the week based on your collection.

I chose "X".

My word is xylophone.

Off to my dictionaries and the web looking for examples of xylophones (sp?).

Have fun.
