Alan's Creativity Challenges 2003-41 AGAIN========================================

Curiosity of a Jungle Filled of Cats

Curiosity is always a high trait mentioned when people
right about highly creative people. Let's work on
increasing our curiosity deliberately this week.

Each day experiment in a different room of your house,
office, school, or simply a store or shop you visit.

MONDAY
Choose a room in your house. Sit down with a pad of
paper or computer or other note device and write down
everything you see in 5 minutes. Then group the
various things in as many different groups or patterns
you can.

TUESDAY
Choose a room in your office or school. Sit down with
a pad of paper or computer or other note device and
write down everything you see in 5 minutes. Then
group the various things in as many different groups
or patterns you can.

WEDNESDAY
Choose a room where you eat your lunch. Sit down with
a pad of paper or computer or other note device and
write down everything you see in 5 minutes. Then
group the various things in as many different groups
or patterns you can.

THURSDAY
Choose a store or shop you visit. Sit down with a pad
of paper or computer or other note device and write
down everything you see in 5 minutes. Then group the
various things in as many different groups or patterns
you can.

FRIDAY
Choose a room in a building you visit: doctor's
office, library, church. Sit down with a pad of paper
or computer or other note device and write down
everything you see in 5 minutes. Then group the
various things in as many different groups or patterns
you can.

At the end of the week compare your lists. Did you
begin to see more and more each day? Did you begin to
see or recognize more and more groups or patterns
among the things you were seeing? Did the exercises
spark your curiosity throughout the days during the
week?
