Let Those Fantasy Muscles Go Wild

Creativity Challenge 2002 #11

I just returned from a weekend in Palm Beach to help celebrate my son, Scott's wedding. During the times between the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, the wedding and spending time with some relatives from that part of my life I spent time with two good friends from that period in my life. Wandering through our memories it became obvious how things had changed far more in south Florida than I had noticed on my own driving around in my rental car. What became obvious was how many fantasies had come true. Some are aesthetic nightmares but that's another issue. This CC is sparked by my weekend in Palm Beach. This week let your fantasy muscles stretch and expand. Let them go truly wild. Each day choice a different area of life and imagine as many totally unrealistic things as you can each day for 15 to 30 minutes. Keep your lists of fantasies because we will use them next week for CC 2002-12.

MONDAY - Today take time to imagine the wildest and farthest out things you could that would be neat inventions in your home.

TUESDAY - Today take time to imagine the wildest and farthest out things you could that would be neat inventions in your school or in schools.

WEDNESDAY - Today take time to imagine the wildest and farthest out things you could that would be neat inventions in office or workplace.

THURSDAY - Today take time to imagine the wildest and farthest out things you could that would be neat inventions on playgrounds.

FRIDAY - Today take time to imagine the wildest and farthest out things you could that would be neat inventions in hospitals.

Remember anything is possible in your imagination if you let it be. Also remember that many of things that were fantasies only 10 years, 20 years, 50 years or 100 years ago are now common place.
